Lakes Hotel is 20 minutes’ drive from Adelaide's city centre. It is a 15-minute drive to Adelaide Airport and Harbour Town shopping precinct.

All suites feature a private balcony, lake view, LCD TV, work desk, minibar and tea and coffee making facilities. Selected suites feature a 2-person spa bath and DVD player.

Tunki Ceviche & Woodfire Grill & Bar brings Nikkei cuisine to the Lakes Hotel, inspired by a fusion of Japanese & Peruvian ingredients. The Lakes Bar has an outdoor beer garden on the lakefront and offers a casual all-day dining menu. Complimentary breakfast is served in Knots Kitchen.
