Located just 50 metres from the Black Sea and across the Spa Sanatorium in Mangalia, New Belvedere Hotel, formerly President, is built on the vestiges of the ancient Roman fortress of Callatis. It boasts a private beach, a pool and a children's pool and free WiFi.
